Processing and Delivery Times

I ship most of my products from stock. After payment has been approved, I will give your products to the courier within 2 business days. The estimated delivery time for shipments to the European Union, the UK, Turkey, and United States is 4-8 business days. For the estimated delivery date for other countries, you can contact me.

The shipping time and estimated delivery dates for each product are available on the product's page. 

When the product is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number.

Privacy

None of the information you share with our store will be shared with others or used in any way.

Returns & Exchanges 

All wares are entirely handmade. As such, each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade goods.


If you're unsatisfied with the product, or there is a flaw in the functionality of the wares, or when the goods do not arrive in one piece, please contact me within 3 days after arrival of the order, so we can work things out.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and packing the item safely for traveling back to İstanbul.

Custom orders are never refundable or returnable.
